Hazelnut Butter

Our stone-ground hazelnut butter is made from hazelnuts carefully sourced from the Willamette Valley in northwestern Oregon, an area well-known for its fertile volcanic soils and temperate climate. 

We add panela sugar that pairs well with the rich, moreish flavor of Meridian Orchards' Barcelona hazelnuts, a variety harvested from trees they've grown for over half a century.

Enjoy with your breakfast or dessert, as a thickener in savory stews, or simply by the spoonful.

We craft all of our nut butters in small batches from the finest ingredients:
