Bellwether provisions bore out of a former chef and farmer's desire to understand and appreciate the provenance of ingredients that are often faceless in the global food system. We take pride in offering the freshest, variety-forward, artisan-crafted goods from farmers and suppliers we know well. 

We're beginning our journey with the humble nut, but hope to add more delicious pantry staples as we grow!
